Founder, Michael Goble, has over 30 years of experience in human resources and labor relations. He has served as the lead labor relations director, mentor, trustee and advisor for a major food retailer in the mid-Atlantic and decades of human resources leadership across union and non-union platforms. He managed millions of dollars in benefit contributions and contract settlements in excess of $1B. He knows how to get results without jeopardizing relationships, working collaboratively to find solutions. Dedicated to excellence and serving clients at all levels with integrity and resolve.
